Organics PLUS™ Topdressing will produce the best results for a tired thin and drought stricken lawn, because of its nutrient, micronutrient, microbial, and organic components.
Organics PLUS™ Topdressing is described as fortified because of its high nutrient content. Unlike peat moss, or topsoil, which has very few nutrients, our composts are rich in essential plant nutrients. This makes it ideal for use as a topdressing.
It is produced using a composting process, which assures that there are no harmful pathogens like ecoli or salmonella and no weed seeds that you often get in other topdressing materials.

Organics PLUS™ Topdressing is perfect for promoting a wide range of beneficial microbes that compete against disease organisms.
These beneficial microbes eat up thatch, and convert dead plant material into nutrients for your lawn.
Organics PLUS™ Topdressing's nutrients are released in a very slow, steady, temperature dependent fashion. During the cooler temperatures in the spring and fall the nutrients will be released slower.
Use Organics PLUS™ Topdressing as an additional service to our lawn care programs for best results, as a healthy lawn requires balanced feeding throughout the year and annual core aeration.
Our Topdressing is thoroughly screened to give a very fine consistency. Due to the size of the Topdressing particles, you may not see much change in the appearance of your lawn after the service is completed. The smaller particles allow it to fall directly through the grass blades and thatch to the soil level.
By falling to the soil level, this new product is better protected from washing away in heavy rains, and you may use your lawn immediately after application without fear of tracking around dirt and mud. At the soil level, the topdressing directly feeds beneficial microbes and increases their activity, which increases the health and quality of your soil and lawn.
Since the topdressing improves your soil and does not directly feed the grass, we also include a high-phosphate turf starter fertilizer to improve the root density of the lawn. This allows the lawn to take advantage of the topdressing’s micronutrients. The result is a stronger, healthier lawn with a strong root system.
